To create a platform where PMI could provide IQOS users with helpful information, resources that not only help them understand our products better but also improve brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Our solution to improve customer engagement was to develop three Telegram bots for IQOS users: an age verification bot, an FAQ bot, and a contest bot. The first bot verifies users' age before granting access to a private channel, while the second allows users to ask questions and receive automated answers. Lastly, the contest bot enables users to participate in games and quizzes within Telegram. All this information can be accessed through the admin portal, were PMI can gather analytics on channel subscribers, followers, and more.
